Returns and Exchanges 
First and foremost-please read my descriptions! I explain everything about my creations (size, materials, colors, customizing options, etc.) and if you have any questions please contact me BEFORE purchasing and I will gladly answer any and all questions you have.

Please note that all sales are FINAL. However, if your item is damaged, please provide a picture proof and ship back first class. Once the item is returned we will refund you including shipping cost incurred. This is only applicable within the first day of receiving your new item. After that, no refund or replacement will be sent. If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Undelivered Orders (aka lost in the mail): No Refund. If placing a custom order, please be sure to confirm your address at time of order.

Cancellations are only accepted within the same day of initial order. A $20 restocking fee will be charged. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times may vary per country and especially during high volume times- particularly the Holiday seasons. Please keep this in mind when gift shopping- I do everything in my power to ship as quickly as possible.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 
 
Jewelry Care Instructions
Like all jewelry, your wire wrapped jewelry needs to be properly cared for and cleaned. Properly cleaning and caring for your jewelry can make a world of difference in maintaining its beauty and longevity. 

To Clean:
- Use a polishing cloth and gently rub the metal until shiny.
- Do not sleep with your wire wrapped piece of jewelry and do not shower or do manual labor wearing your wire wrapped jewelry.
-If your jewelry has gotten dirty, run under a light stream of water and only use your fingers or soft paint brush to rub off any dirt. I do NOT recommend brushing gems unless you know they are hard and can tolerate brushing- many stones can NOT be brushed. 
-Use the paintbrush or q-tip on the entire piece of jewelry if it has fine gauge wire or has delicate designs or stones- to avoid bending, scratching, or damaging the wire or gemstone.
-Use the brush to put soap GENTLY on the wire, taking care not to catch the bristles between the wires. Moving the brush perpendicular to the direction of the wires helps avoid snagging bristles between them. 
-Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry with a paper towel or a non-snagging cotton cloth. 
-Once the jewelry has thoroughly dried, you can buff it gently with a polishing cloth. 
-Avoid scenarios that can crush or catch delicate or filigreed wire wrapped jewelry. 
-Do not throw jewelry into a drawer or pile with other jewelry things that can damage it.
-Remove when applying hairspray, perfume, lotion, or any skincare and makeup. 
-Do not swim wearing jewelry.
